Obituary of Cynthia Noseworthy

(May 6, 1954 - June 10, 2015) Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family and friends at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, Cynthia (Slade) Noseworthy of Salmon Cove, age 61 years. Predeceased by parents: Jeremiah and Adlena Slade, infant sister: Ethel Blanche, brother-in-law: Ches Short. Leaving to mourn, spouse: Heber, two daughters: Raylene Noseworthy, St. John’s and Allison (Terry) Doyle, Flatrock, step-children: Patricia (Ian) Whiteway and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Brace, both of Green’s Harbour; “nan's pride and Joy” grandson: Burgess, step-grandchildren: Samantha, Nathan, Liam and Sophie; four brothers: Bill (Alma) Slade, Mount Pearl, Jabe (Daphne) Slade, Barrie, ON, George (Patsy) Slade and Jim (Louise) Slade, both of Salmon Cove, three sisters: Joyce (Cecil) Rose, Pouch Cove, Vida Short, St. John’s and Frances (Albert) Cole, Salmon Cove, special friends: Jeanette and Mike Penney, Victoria, a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Thursday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, June 13 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove.
