Kenneth has lived in the surroundings of the family business since 1951. He became the third generation of the Noel family to become involved in the funeral business in 1974. Ken graduated from Memorial University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and acquired his funeral director's license in 1975. He married Cynthia Earle in 1977 and they have both attended many seminars and conferences on grief counseling and after care. Close to his heart is the opportunity to help others. Ken is the owner and Manager of Noel's Funeral Homes Limited, Past-President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Funeral Service Association, Past General Chairman of the Atlantic Provinces Funeral Services Association, Past Vice-Chairman of The Embalmers and Funeral Directors Board of Newfoundland and Labrador, Masonic Member, former air cadet 1960's, former volunteer firefighter in the 1970's and 80's with the Carbonear Volunteer Fire Dept., Honorary Fire Chief Victoria Volunteer Fire Dept. and a member of the property committee of his church.  Ken enjoys meeting, talking with and caring for people of all walks of life. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail gives him the ability to provide families with the utmost care.

Cynthia, (nee Earle) of Carbonear, was first introduced to the Noel family business when she married Kenneth Noel in 1977.  Over the years, she has been working alongside her husband Kenneth serving families of the area. She plays a key role in the administrative operations of the business and provides significant support to families. In addition to her many responsibilities, she has been instrumental in the design and decor of Noel's beautiful funeral homes.  Cynthia's fine touch is evident throughout all three locations. Her friendly manner is much appreciated by the public and by her co-workers.

Since joining Noel's Funeral Homes in 1985, Ross, as a funeral director, has served families in the North Shore area being involved in the daily operations of the Western Bay Funeral Home. Over the years, he has been active in the North Shore area as a former volunteer firefighter and a former ambulance attendant. He is a well-known figure to local residents, and can be counted on to provide compassionate support to the families Noel's serve. Ross takes pride in maintaining the premises, inside and out. The immaculate facilities and eye-appealing grounds often inspire compliments from the general public. Ross resides with his wife Audrey in Western Bay. He is also the proud father of two sons Albert and John Ross.

Lisa first began working at Noel's Funeral Homes during summer breaks from Memorial University, until her graduation in 1995 with Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Special Education degrees. In 2000 she decided to alter her career path and commenced a full time position as a funeral director with Noel's, allowing her to serve families in the time of need. Lisa has become an integral part of the professional team at Noel's and is primarily responsible for the accounting and administrative functions of the business. Along with her administrative duties, she provides assistance to families with their advanced planning needs. She is a life long resident of Carbonear and is married to Terry Anderson from Harbour Grace.

Robert 'Bob' began working at Noel's Funeral Homes in 2005, assisting funeral directors and maintaining facilities at the Harbour Grace location. He is a lifetime member with the Harbour Grace Volunteer Fire Brigade, holding the position of public and media relations officer for the brigade. He is a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace and presently serves on the 175th anniversary committee. Bob prides himself on being very much a "people-person", enjoys working with families, and is a valued addition to Noel's fine caring team. Bob is a life long resident of Harbour Grace. He is devoted to his wife Madonna and two sons, Bobby and Tommy.

Barry joined the caring team at Noel's Funeral Homes in May 2007. While working full time, he is studying Funeral Services through the Canadian College of Funeral Services in Alberta.  Community participation has become a large part of Barry's life, serving as a member of the Victoria Municipal Council he has been involved on various committees such as finance and civic function. Barry takes pride in being a person you can talk to, especially to families in need. Barry is a life long resident of Victoria, Conception Bay, where he lives with his wife Lori and three children, Steven, Adam and Brittany.

Jason joined the caring team at Noel's Funeral Home in January 2008. His studies in Funeral Services include Kingstec Community College, Kentville, Nova Scotia and Canadian College of Funeral Services, Alberta. Jason, originally of Port aux Basques, has been involved in the Funeral Industry since 1994. His passion and dedication as a funeral director is evident in the quality of service and the personal touch he provides to families in his care; these personal attributes blend well with the Noel's quality of care and service. Jason moved to Carbonear in 2002 when he met his wife Amanda (Dowden) of Carbonear. They happily reside in Carbonear raising their two young children Andrea and Evan.

Amanda (nee Dowden) joined the caring team of Noel's Funeral Homes in September 2008. She is a life long resident of Carbonear and is well known for her volunteer work around the Avalon Peninsula through her musical talents.  Over the years Amanda has been involved with the St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church Choir in Carbonear. She has also offered her talents to other Churches and benefit concerts, the TCP Health foundation annual telethon, and acted as Master of Ceremonies and spokesperson for events with the Avalon West School District. After graduating high school in 1999 from Carbonear Collegiate, Amanda contemplated her career options.  Knowing that her heart belonged to helping others, the funeral profession was the obvious career choice.  In 2000 Amanda enrolled in the Pastoral Care to the Grieving and Bereaved program offered at Queens College, St. John's.  Laying the brick work for her studies that followed, in 2002 Amanda successfully graduated from the Funeral Services Education Program at Kingstec College, Kentville, Nova Scotia. Public relations is another of Amanda's strong points. Her unique and caring personality enables her to attract and retain friendships easily.  Amanda's belief is service above self.  This belief blended with her talents, personality and comforting ways, results in professional and personal service to families she serves. Amanda is married to Jason Hulan, another member of the Noel's caring team.  They happily reside in Carbonear raising their two young children Andrea and Evan.
